Descriptions

(All classes are 60 minutes with the exception of the Focus Class which is 90 minutes.)

Bag

This class is for all levels.  Members work on technique and form with various boxing equipment.

Build & Burn (B&B)

Interval training for all levels by combining jump rope and other cardio conditioning with weights for a full body workout.

Circuit (CT)

This class is for all levels and features work on the heavy bags, speed bags, uppercut bag, double-ended bags, medicine balls and jump rope.

Focus

This class is for all levels. This 90 minute class concentrates on offense and defense skills using focus skills.

Wind

This class will focus on endurance, agility, and speed. For all levels.

Instructors Choice (INSTR. CH.)

For all levels. The instructor will choose what class they want to teach…be prepared!

Pit

A vigorous workout in the courtyard's sandpit. Class combines plyometrics, sprint drills, and overall endurance training.

Sparring (SPAR)

Members must qualify for this program and have their USA Boxing papers. Need trainers approval.

Teen/ALL

For teens ages 8-17, specialized training for fitness and basic boxing skills.

Teen 2

For advanced teens who have participated in more than four of the Saturday/ teen classes.
